Hello, I have Camtasia 2 for Mac (running on Lion), I've done a bunch of editing on different files, now I want to share. I click to export as mp4 - the window comes up to choose the title and where, I click "export" and ..... nothing!!!! The window is there with the progression bar but nothing happens it does not start at all. It is the same to share with youtube, advanced export, etc. And it is the same if the file is big or small. I uninstalled (not just drag and drop to the trash) and reinstalled Camtasia the flash 2 for Mac. No change! So I have these great videos that I have prepared and I cannot do anything with them!! Plesase help me!!

did you look in the library going from Macintosh HD -> click on "go" on top menu bar, when you press the "option" key you see "library" that appears, click on "library" while holding down "option" -> then find input managers -> CTLoader this is = /Library/InputManagers/CTLoader I did NOT have a CTLoader file under /users/library/ ....etc. you will NOT find CTloader by doing a search If this does not work, try submitting a question to the support desk at http://www.techsmith.com/support.html If you haven't used this yet you will have to create an account. Greetings Sandra, Well, it turns out that I did have a CTLoader file, but when I did a full computer search for the file it did not show up! Once I removed the file - it worked! I did not even need to reboot! Here is the path I used to find it: Finder window.... Macintosh HD ... Library ... InputManager the flash ... CTLoader Thanks!!
