Arabic flip-flop this very difficult exercise and that exercise must know in order to get out of competitions and I can never make it up one time to look at the surface and at the top I told myself that I had nothing to fear because I know Arabic and I know that flip-flop. (With help) so I just have to connect between them and to do so I took a chance Arabic and I did not know how all of a sudden I was able to do right after the Arab flip-flop for the first time !!!
